Inspired by the true story of the Fox Sisters. This 9-episode swirling family epic (starring Carey Mulligan) follows the infamous mediums as they rise to fame in the 19th century when they begin conjuring up the dead... and inadvertently spawn a new religion: Spiritualism.
It was great working with both teams, Ellie at QCODE, executive producer Shawn Christensen and co-executive producer Mara Kassin gave some great direction allowing me to create this depiction of Carey Mulligan, Mckenna Grace, Christina Brucato and Phoebe Tonkin as sisters, Leah, Katie, Maggie Fox and Adelaide Granger respectively, in this swirling sibling rivalry set against a spooky backdrop of the rise of Spiritualism and all the accoutrements that came a long with it.
The podcast charted at number 1 which was absolutely deserved as it is a darkly funny, thrilling audio production!
